Announcing New & Improved 3DCombine Version 5

Announcing the release of 3DCombine 5, providing users with the widest range of algorithms and tools for 3D stereoscopic editing, from automatic correction of existing stereoscopic material though to creation of new material from standard 2D sources.

With a newly designed, modern GUI which integrates into the latest Microsoft Vista operating system alongside quad-core support for the latest processors 3DCombine sets the standard for stereoscopic editing tools. The new 3DCombine has a focus on stability and ease of use to ensure that the powerful set of tools is accessible to all users.

3DCombine 5 contains new features and enhancements including:

            * DirectShow Support - 3DCombine 5 now supports Microsoft's latest video playback architecture, utilizing the most modern codecs for decoding multiple video formats including MPG, AVI and Windows Media WMV files natively.

            * New 2D/3D Conversion Algorithms - The updated automatic 2D/3D conversion tools provide industry leading conversion of 2D images and video files to full stereoscopic 3D formats without requiring any user interaction. Tools are also provided to allow the creation of highly accurate 3D images utilizing user supplied depth maps.

            * Support for the Latest Formats - More 3D formats are supported than ever before, including DLP 3D and WOWvx to ensure that users require only this one program to meet all their requirements.

            * Anaglyph Repair - Widely available stereoscopic material in anaglyph [red/blue] format, can now be viewed as originally conceived in full color stereo using the unique anaglyph repair tool.

            * Real-Time Previewing - Starting with version 5, a new set of manual adjustment tools are provided with real-time previewing in any supported 3D format to ensure the final image looks exactly as intended.
